Never again

Positive and negative aspects of capital punishment are as contrast among humanity and law enforcement.
First side approve execution supporting with detterrence theory, which tend to stimulate deliberate decision before criminal acting, then ensuring public security eliminating opportunity to kill again releasing murderers after 20 years imprisonment, retribution as a revenge effectiveness owerawing potential criminals and decreasing outgoings for prisoners' needs to survive. Second side argue that death penalty due to Britain 1903-1904 year statistics was pointless, because of increased homicides. If culprit is innocent, adjudgment violate his right to justice and fairness. Also, religion propagate forgiveness and the last is state's role in society solving problems without violance to its citizens.
To sum up, history shows that death penalty implement order, on the other hand it can cause humanity degradation.

Amnesty International

Amnesty International (AI) is a worldwide movement of people who campaign for internationally recognized human rights. AI’s vision is of a world in which every person enjoys all of the human rights enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other international human rights standards.
In pursuit of this vision, AI’s mission is to undertake research and action focused on preventing and ending grave abuses of the rights to physical and mental integrity, freedom of conscience and expression, and freedom from discrimination, within the context of its work to promote all human rights. AI campaign, for example, to free the prisoners of conscience, ensure fair trials for political prisoners, protect refugees, abolish the death penalty, end political killings, “disappearances” and torture, and bring to justice those responsible for human rights violations.

Amnesty International seeks to expose human rights abuses accurately and quickly. This organization independently and impartially research and publicize the facts of individual cases and patterns of human rights abuses. Members, supporters and staff then mobilize persistent public pressure on governments, armed political groups, companies and others to prevent and stop these violations. Amnesty International promotes public awareness and understanding of the full range of human rights, and work with a global community of organizations to ensure broad support and respect for all human rights.
AI is governed by its members. AI is independent of any government, political ideology, economic interest or religion. It does not support or oppose any government or political system, nor does it support or oppose the views of the victims whose rights it seeks to protect. It is concerned solely with the impartial protection of human rights.
AI has a varied network of members and supporters around the world. At the latest count, there were more than 2.2 million members, supporters and subscribers in over 150 countries and territories in every region of the world. Although they come from many different backgrounds and have widely different political and religious beliefs, they are united by a determination to work for a world where everyone enjoys human rights.
From community to community in every corner of the world, Amnesty International enables “ordinary” concerned people to work together to protect other people in danger. Change begins each time with even a single but concerned person who speaks out against errors. Amnesty International helps bring together these voices of protest - giving each of us a greater power to help people to live in dignity, safety and freedom.
